Shipping & Delivery Conditions
Products purchased at www.beq.pt are delivered to mainland Portugal. For shipments to the Azores, Madeira and
Europe you will need to send an email because the site does not calculate postage automatically. The order will be
delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase, or otherwise provided by the customer.
The shipping time of the material is usually estimated within the following deadlines and may be anticipated.
Shipping time for our energy bars is up to 5 business days upon receipt of payment or proof of payment.
Shipments are processed through the company CTT - Correios de Portugal with a shipping time of 5 business days.
For bulk orders or Azores and Madeira will be considered another carrier or forwarder with the best possible fare.
Deadlines are always indicated in business days.
Delivery times are indicative and therefore to be considered valid when there are no physical or structural
impediments (eg incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated by
the system and added to the order value for shipments in mainland Portugal.
In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be made with the carrier, and
may take a few days. The Customer should contact BEQ by email email@example.com or by phone +351 962 812 090.
During this period no refund can be made as it will have to be verified and confirmed the loss of the order. The
customer has the right, at the time of receipt of his order, to open the package, to verify that the product is in
accordance with what was ordered and if not, to present external defects. In case the product is not the one that
was ordered or shows visible defects, BEQ - Barra Energética de Querença advises the customer to refuse delivery,
fill out the form provided for this purpose and return the product to the carrier, who will be responsible for the
return. An email should also be sent within 24 hours indicating the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What to do on delivery:
1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Verify that the product conforms to the order placed and that it has no visible defects. If everything is in
agreement, accept the delivery.
3. If there is any non-compliance, ie an error in the requested product, or a visible defect, you should refuse delivery
and fill out the form intended for these cases, indicating the problem.
4. Return the package (s) and all their contents to the courier (carrier).
Terms and conditions of use of the site www.beq.pt
1. General Information
The present General Conditions of Sale exclusively determine the contractual relations between the client user of
the site www.beq.pt (hereinafter referred to as "user") and the company BEQ - Suplementos Alimentares, Lda
(hereinafter referred to as BEQ) with Taxpayer Number 513744487 , located at Rua da Escola, Building attached to
the Querença Primary School, 8100-129 Querença (hereinafter referred to as «BEQ - Barra Energética de
BEQ may from time to time modify certain provisions of its general terms and conditions, and we request that they
be reviewed at each visit to the www.beq.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
We consider that when an order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general terms of sale
By connecting to the site, the customer agrees to abide by the General Conditions.
2. Order on the site www.beq.pt
To place an order with BEQ, we offer two options:
- Directly through the site www.beq.pt through purchase and direct payment, always available.
- Sending an email to email@example.com, with the description of the product and quantities you need.
After placing the order, if you have indicated the option to order via email, a reply will be sent with the order
summary, payment data and shipping data. If you do not receive this email, please email us to inform firstname.lastname@example.org
or check the spam folder of your email provider.
3. Product Information
1 - The photographs that illustrate the products are merely illustrative. Product sizes in the product image may be
similar, in some specific cases and due to photo scaling and handling, although in reality they may be larger or

Please be advised that if the indicated price is incorrect and manifestly negligible, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed and communicated to the customer.
4. Product Availability
BEQ respects the deadlines of an order as long as stock is available.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, BEQ will contact the customer by email or by telephone informing them of this. The customer may choose to replace the unavailable product with a product of equivalent quality and price or keep the order. If the customer refuses, BEQ will reimburse the amount paid.
5. Secure Payment
BEQ uses as a payment method Bank Transfer and ATM (references generated by HIPAY) in its online store and cash in its physical store. It is also possible to define the collection of the material in our facilities already mentioned in these terms and conditions.
A. The payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:
- After making the bank transfer, the copy of the proof should be sent by email (email@example.com) indicating the order number or customer's TIN.
- Once payment is confirmed, BEQ will invoice and ship the order to the address indicated under the above terms.
B. ATM Payment:
- By selecting this mode when ordering will be assigned the codes required to make the payment, which will be automatically validated on our site after the payment has been made.
C. Pick up your order in our office:
- Clients can set up withdrawal and payment at our facilities.
In the BEQ online store, the customer may return the products purchased within 14 days after the purchase made, pursuant to paragraph 1, Article 10, of Decree Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, as amended. introduced by Law No.
47/2014 of 28 July and Article 12 (3) and Article 13.
Upon return, the product must remain intact (including accompanying packaging, labels and back labels); otherwise the return is ineffective.
